I haven't been too successful with this. I had to go in and kind of flip flop between KDP spy and amazon to get any research done. I'm sure there's a better way.

I had been having the same issue as many others with the search function closing after a few seconds. I finally got it to stop doing that. Firstly, I disabled my NordVPN as well as pausing the Threat Protection functions. You can pause these for various time intervals. I have decided I will just pause them when I'm doing keyword research and then turn them back on. If you do have a VPN or some other type of Threat Protection software, I urge you to check the settings. Since the extension searches for the keyword and then refreshes the screen as it displays the results, then it is possible that the software is causing it to glitch. I did turn it back on to confirm if that was causing it and it did it again once I turned the VPN back on. I'm not sure if this will work for everyone on Chrome but it has for me so far. I am leaving 4 stars because I think the developer could have easily checked with out with just a bit of research and asking questions. Other than that I am now enjoying the plugin.
The keywords tab works, but the search doesn't. It just searches for a couple of seconds and then the entire page refreshes, making the popup disappear. Given the other reviews that mention the same behavior, the author knows about it, but just doesn't care.

Works exactly as it should and saves a lot of time, because it's fast. If you cannot see the button, click on the jigsaw-icon next to the address bar, then click on the pin symbol next to kdp spy. Search something on amazon.com and click on the now pinned kdp spy button.
I can not get this to work. I have tried to stop it on first page and then it just disappears. The keyword tool just runs and runs never ending. I see from other reviews that this has been a problem, when will it be fixed? I have tried to remove the extension and reinstall, I have logged in to other accounts as well and it still does not work.

I agree with the most recent review...this extension has a bug wherein when you click the Start button, The Amazon page below refreshes and the extension closes. Please fix.
I keep trying to use the search function (because it shows nothing otherwise), it starts loading, and then refreshes the page and everything is gone. Totally useless until they fix this bug.
